tharshan - You can do that using some software.
Photoshop , GIMP,PainShop,etc
there is a polygon selection tool.by -bera - paint can does this, yet limited to pixels, size and coloring,
do a test first with copy and paste from one image onto another image, use star selection tool with transparency option, copy, then paste into third paint window, edit features, then copy and paste onto another background, if not clear enough try other programsby -winx - Photofiltre ok for copy and paste from one to another with better quality, than paint,
